The Elderly Intelligent Household Study Based On The User Experience

At present,the aging phenomenon is prominent in China,and the proportion of the elderly population is rising.Correspondingly,the infrastructure,medical facilities,social welfare and smart home products of the elderly are relatively backward,which brings a lot of inconvenience to the elderly people's life,travel and medical treatment.Therefore,the elderly group intelligent home product design will be particularly important.Firstly,the deficiencies of smart home products at home and abroad were analyzed.Kano model,four-quadrant model,attribute chart and other methods were used to analyze the prediction of potential demand and expected value of smart home products for the elderly population.SET law predicts the trend of the original smart home products,and provides theoretical guidance for the elderly to improve their living standards,happiness and self-esteem from the perspective of intelligent communication,home security,health monitoring and demand.Secondly,questionnaire survey method was used to conduct questionnaire survey and analysis on the life,physiology,psychology and behavior modes of the elderly group,focusing on the real-time health prediction,communication between children,emotional expression and other needs of mining.Then place the elderly in the use of intelligent products used,programming,functional requirements,through the simulation,from the elderly intelligent household products humanization,emotional,intelligent three aspects to carry on the design and improvement of escorts from smart home security systems,real-time health broadcast,children communication of three aspects of planning.Finally,the user experience questionnaire was designed and evaluated.In the design,it seeks for the emotional needs of the elderly group and the combination of intelligent technology "Internet + integrated network matching",applies the emotion of the elderly group to modern intelligent home life,and improves the humanization of intelligent home products for the elderly.For the elderly group to provide efficient,convenient,fast way of life.
