| In the social context of population aging,the elderly home care has become a future trend.The development of smart homes can assist the elderly in their home life and provide a new way of life for the elderly to live at home.At present,there are large differences in the home needs and behavior characteristics of smart homes and elderly groups,and there is still a large digital gap among the elderly population.The research on the adaptive aging design of smart homes based on behavioral characteristics is a serious challenge.Building an intelligent living system for the elderly at home based on smart homes is the value and opportunity point of ageing design research.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following parts: the concept analysis of the behavior characteristics of the elderly at home and the concept of intelligent life;the study of the behavior characteristics and needs of the elderly at home;and the design strategy and design practice of smart home aging based on behavior characteristics.First of all,through the research on the intelligent life of smart home and home elderly,the analysis results of the development process of smart home,the composition and interaction process of smart home system,and the intelligent life form and life type of the elderly at home are obtained.According to the analysis of smart home products in the smart home perception layer,it is found that there are three types of intelligent life for the elderly at home: life assistance,health and safety,and leisure and entertainment.Combining the theory and three elements of the FBM behavioral model with the behavioral characteristic reconstruction method to construct a research model for the behavioral characteristics of the elderly at home.Secondly,by investigating the behavioral characteristics of the elderly at home,we will explore the real needs of their intelligent lives.In this paper,17 elderly people in the family observed daily behavior activities in the field and conducted semi-structured interviews based on the three elements of the FBM model.The author extracts key behaviors from the behavior observation results for deconstruction and reconstruction,and obtains the pain points in the behavior process of the target user.Then,the behavioral pain points and needs are mapped,and the smart home life needs and design opportunity points for the elderly at home are summarized.Finally,the KANO model is applied to analyze the requirements attributes and importance calculations,and the hierarchical ranking of each requirement is obtained.Finally,this paper proposes a smart home aging design strategy based on behavioral characteristics,and summarizes and summarizes the terminal interaction design strategy of smart home life for the elderly at home.Among them,the interaction design strategy mainly proposes design principles from three aspects: interaction level,interaction behavior,and interaction design interface.The author guides the design practice according to the design strategy,and completes the design of the functional content,information framework and interactive interface.This paper studies the behavioral characteristics of the elderly at home and the aging design of smart homes,which helps to improve the availability of smart homes for the elderly and enhance the happiness of the elderly’s home life. |
