In recent years,China's electric power industry has developed rapidly,and the high-speed construction of power grid has promoted the demand of power transmission and transformation equipment.As the key electrical equipment for power transmission and transformation,the market demand of Transformers also insists on steady growth.Compared with the international famous transformer manufacturer,the domestic enterprises have been able to contend with the technical level completely.Special high-voltage transformers new market opportunities have emerged,the special transformer electrical Hengyang Electric Branch will face more opportunities.In this context,the company's old factory area can not meet the development needs of enterprises,the new industrial park construction is imperative,on the other hand,the increase in logistics costs,raw materials,labor costs further aggravate the company's burden,how to build a new industrial park expanded reproduction at the same time,It also guarantees the enterprise's investment return rate and the enterprise product cost competitive advantage,under such a big trend,the enterprise to the construction project control becomes the essential part.This paper uses the relevant theories and methods of project management and project schedule management to study the improvement plan of the new Plant schedule management of Hengyang Electric branch.First of all,this paper clarifies the problems to be researched,and summarizes the related rese arch results of project schedule management at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper introduces the background of project construction,the organization structure of the project and the progress of the project,and investigates the project members involved in the plant construction by means of questionnaires,interviews,analyzes the problems existing in the project schedule management,and explains the causes of the problems.Thirdly,drawing on the ideas,tools and methods of project management,The plan to improve the schedule management of plant construction projects is proposed,and the main contents of project schedule management,WBS decomposition,project schedule setting,Project milestone development and the method of project schedule control are comprehensively optimized.Finally,the paper describes the organizational,technical and institutional safeguards of the plant construction project,as well as the new problems,solutions and expected results after the improvement.Hengyang Electric Branch Plant Project schedule Management is a system engineering,to apply scientific management methods and tools,the preparation of a sound schedule,reasonable staffing and organizational structure,a high degree of unity in the implementation of target tasks,timely feedback progress control process.Through the decomposition of the project schedule objectives,the project progress objectives of the dynamic tracking,timely adjustment of the project schedule objectives,so as to become a complete project pro gress closed-loop control,to achieve the whole project efficient,orderly,shorten the project duration,improve the economic benefits of the project.
