As the country’s most basic industries, power industry has become the supply industry of economic development and people’s indispensable production and livelihood, safety and reliability of electricity directly affects the normal development of national economy and social order of life.Schedule management is an important part of project management, and schedule control is the core part of the project schedule management. Effective control of project schedule,ensure that it achieve the intended target smoothly, is the central task of project schedule control. Good or bad of schedule control directly influence the success of project.In schedule management of 35KV chemical transformer station’s construction projects of Shanghai Chemical Plant, the construction unit formed a strong project matrix organization structure, the project team prepared a responsibility assignment matrix, carried out project work breakdown structure, prepared the project schedule. The project team established a schedule control system, including schedule control organizational system, schedule control planning system, process control tracking systems, process control data analysis systems, process control implementing system. Project manager used the system to timely track the schedule, based on this information to compare the baseline plan, identify deviations, analysis the causes of deviations, study measures to correct these deviations and organize the implementations, to ensure timely and accurately implementation. Finally in the project schedule multiple occurrences of deviation, adjusted for many times, this final project progress than the original project schedule for 11 days in advance, has obtained the very good management effect. |
