Research On The Project Construction Management Of Shanhai Road Gas Station Of Petro China Marketing Company Rizhao Branch

As our country’s oil consumption has been growing, the increase of the number of gasstations construction projects is also growing very rapidly, but at present the constructionmanagement process of gas stations exists a series of problems, for example, the completionrate of the progress of the gas station construction management schedule is low, the qualitycan not meet the construction requirements, the cost is over the budget and so on. So we needto enhance the research of the schedule, quality and cost problems caused in the process ofgas station construction management. In recent years, with the improvement of nationalconstruction requirements and green construction as the direction of construction enterprises,construction enterprises has been focusing on the safety and health management and theenvironmental management of gas station construction, and the schedule management, qualitymanagement, cost management, and health and safety management in project construction hasbecome the focus of the research, and these construction managements play an important rolein the process of gas station construction.In this article, we first studied and summarized the theories and methods related to thegas station construction management. Based on these theories, we described and analyzed thegeneral situation of the engineering management of Shanhai Road gas station systematically.It described the general situation of the engineering station in detail, including the naturalconditions and construction conditions, the plan layout of the construction, the projectconstruction schedule and the construction organization, and list the actual problems occurredin the construction process of the gas station. Then, according to these problems, we made aconcrete analysis of the construction from five aspects: its schedule, quality, health and safety,environment and cost. Furthermore, after analyzing the problems, we summed up theconstruction management measures, mainly including the schedule management measures,QHSE management measures, cost management measures and post construction protectionmanagement measures. Finally, according to these problems and management measures, weextracted the gas station construction management experience, which includes the schedule management experience, the QHSE management experience, the cost management experienceand the post protection management experience.
