This study is mainly based on the project of E3 cylinder block production line in brilliance China.The original E3 cylinder flexible production line,which was set up with the processing center and special equipment,was transformed to a new intelligent line with the current domestic situation of China made 2025.The original E3 cylinder flexible production line of Kexiang company was equipped with gas fixtures,manual clamping workpiece,the artificial control of ATC and so on,and these production manufacturing process were rely heavily on human factors.This flexible production line can be easily transformed to other type cylinder production with the changing of tools.And the new intelligent production line was mainly established by robot,Shenyang machine tool I5 intelligent machining center and special equipment.The intelligent production line in line with the current situation of "made in China 2025" and "German industrial 4.0".The use of Shenyang machine tool I5 intelligent system and the combination of the Internet to collect data made it easy for management,also,it was rapidly for transformation.In the aspect of Production management,it can make plan and ensure the implementation of the results feedback.In the aspect of tools management,it can monitor the useful life of machine tools,and remind the transfer of tools.The system also can monitor equipment condition and the data of the equipment maintenance and maintenance.There are many merits in the aspect of the quality control: Firstly,the robot work on the workpiece,working with automatic clamping function to detect whether or not be in place.Secondly,the automatic detection function of key size,automatically upload data,and directly evaluate if the process capability(SPC)meets the requirements.The third is the recognition of the two-dimensional code,traceable was effectively control.The most important thing is that it can reduce the number of production line workers and improve product quality.The study was implement around the project management of the construction project of E3 cylinder block production line,and the work breakdown structure method is adopted.And the thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the general situation of this project,and summarizes the management theory and application of work breakdown structure according to the literature at home and abroad.In the second chapter,we discuss the background of the project's schedule management and the necessity of schedule management.The third chapter is mainly introduce the implementation and control method of preparation method of WBS and the establishment of the project schedule.The fourth chapter discusses the specific evaluation,the project management problems and the future direction of further research and improvement.The purpose of this study is to use the theory and method of work breakdown structure and clarify the specific application of WBS management theory and methods in the automobile production line construction project construction.And play a guiding role in the theory and practice for further improve China's current auto production line construction project management.
