Research On Development Strategy Of Zhengzhou Prefabricated Construction Based On ISM-ANP

At present,the traditional cast-in-situ construction is the main part of China's construction industry.The drawbacks of this extensive production methods are becoming increasingly prominent,and it is difficult to adapt the development requirements of the times.Transforming and upgrading the traditional construction methods,promoting the application of high-efficiency,high-quality,energy-saving,emission-reducing,green environmental protection prefabricated construction to achieve sustainable development is the only way to develop the construction industry in the future.In recent years,the country has begun to vigorously promote prefabricated construction,and it has entered a period of rapid development under the impetus of the policy.As an important central city in the central region of China,the development of prefabricated construction in Zhengzhou plays an important demonstration role for the Central Plains urban agglomeration.However,compared with the areas at home and abroad where the prefabricated construction started earlier and developed more maturely,Zhengzhou prefabricated construction is still in the early stage of development,with unsatisfactory development status and many bottlenecks.The purpose of this paper is to study the restrictive factors of the development of prefabricated construction in Zhengzhou,and to formulate the development strategy of prefabricated construction in accordance with the situation of Zhengzhou,which provides useful reference for promoting the development of prefabricated construction in Zhengzhou.Firstly,this paper introduces the related concepts and connotations of prefabricated construction,reviews and summarizes the development and successful experience of prefabricated construction in Europe,the United States and Japan,and summarizes the development process of prefabricated construction in China and the current situation in Zhengzhou.On this basis,through the combination of practical investigation and literature research,32 restrictive factors of the development of prefabricated construction in Zhengzhou were identified preliminarily.The factors were screened by expert consultation and questionnaire survey,and the survey results were checked by IBM SPSS Statistics software.Finally,it establishes the index system of restrictive factors of the development of prefabricated construction in Zhengzhou,which involves 22 factors in four aspects: economy,technology,policy and market.Using the Interpretative Structural Model(ISM)to divide the restrictive factors into three levels: surface direct factors,middle factors and deep fundamental factors,then using the network analysis method(ANP)to rank the importanceof surface direct factors and determine the key factor.Based on the above analysis,reasonable countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from three aspects: policies and regulations,technical standards and market subjects.
