Research On EPC Management Mode Of Prefabricated Construction Project Based On Complex Adaptive System Theory

With the continuous deterioration of the global ecological environment and the continuous expansion of construction demand,it has become an important way to develop prefabricated buildings with environmentally-friendly and high-efficiency features to improve the level of construction industrialization and promote the sustainable development of construction industry.The development of prefabricated buildings in China is in line with the national strategic opportunities for energy conservation and emission reduction,new urbanization,implementation of supply-side reforms,and transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises.It is an important change from the extensive development of empirical and qualitative way to the precise development of scientific and quantitative way.Of course,the development of prefabricated buildings requires not only continuous research and development in assembly technology,but also innovation in project management mode.In this regard,the Chinese government advocates the use of EPC general contracting mode for the management of prefabricated construction projects,to truly achieve benefits from management through lean synergy,reducing waste and saving labor.Based on the complex adaptive system theory,this paper establishes the EPC management mode of the prefabricated construction project from the perspective of adaptive agents,and further promotes the development of China's prefabricated buildings and the transformation and upgrading of project management mode.Firstly,this paper studies the relevant theory of the EPC management mode of the prefabricated construction project,and analyzes its applicability.Through the research on the complex adaptive system theory,it is applied into the EPC management mode of the prefabricated construction project.This paper proves that the EPC management mode of the prefabricated construction project is a complex adaptive system from the three aspects of complexity analysis,adaptive analysis and feature analysis.So it can be established with the corresponding complex adaptive system theory.Then,based on complex adaptive system theory,this paper uses questionnaires,factor analysis and cluster analysis to establish the target system of the EPC management mode of the prefabricated construction project.This paper studies responsibility and general behavior rules of EPC general contractor and other adaptive agents with the comprehensive use of target system and characteristics of adaptive agents,to establish the EPC general contractor's organization structure and agent system of the management mode.And the stimulus-response mechanism is used to establish the adaptive agent model of the management mode,to study micro-evolution of the management mode.With the guidance of the management target system and the agent system,the EPC management system of the prefabricated construction project is established from the aspects of management principles and methods,management institution and management mechanism.Also the echo model is used to further study the macro-evolution of the management mode,to improve the establishment content of the EPC management mode of the prefabricated construction project and the connotation of complex and adaptation research.Finally,combined with the case using EPC general contracting mode for the prefabricated construction project,the management mode established in this paper is applied.The research results are compared with the actual management situation of the project to verify the integrity and rationality of dynamic evolution of the management mode.Then this paper proposes suggestions for mode promotion in a targeted manner from the perspective of adaptive agents,so as to play a role in the practical guidance and experience reference for the management mode to be better applied to more practical projects.
