Application Of Project Time Management In LEG Ship

Because of the frequent oil and gas trade between countries in the world,the liquefied ethylene ship(hereinafter referred to as LEG ship)has played an indelible role in the practice of liquefied petroleum gas transportation at sea,and has played a very good role in promoting the economic and trade exchanges and economic development of the countries all over the world.The LEG ship construction process is complicated,many risk factors,how to complete the construction of LEG ship according to the requirements of the contract in time and quality,to prevent errors and delays,reasonable arrangement of project time is a key work in project management.In this thesis,a Marine Engineering Company Limited(hereinafter referred to as NP company)17000 cubic LEG boat project as the research object,through the use of project time management methods to analyze NP company project time management process in the process of the project,research on all aspects of the time management of NP company in the practice project,from activity decomposition to schedule control,analyze,summarize on each link.On this basis,the establishment of activity decomposition,activity sequencing,duration estimating,and schedule control research models and methods,in addition,through the comprehensive improvement of the network chart,and analysis of key chain technology in LEG ship project practice,put forward specific measures and suggestions on the construction of LEG ship project time management.In order to make more scientific and rational LEG ship construction schedule and schedule,improve the efficiency of LEG ship construction.
