Study On Landscape Planning And Design Of Chengdu Open Community

Under the current economic and social conditions in China,the drawbacks of gated residential communities(closed community)are becoming more and more serious,such as the problem of traffic congestion.This traditional residential model is no longer suitable for the development of China's cities.Open communities are imperative.Based on the context of the "Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Further Strengthening the Management of Urban Planning and Construction" issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,this paper aims to explore the status quo and development strategies of landscape design of open housing estates(open community).This paper first studies the residential model at home and abroad,and analyzes the design elements of the open community from the aspects of residential structure,location selection,supporting facilities,traffic organization,landscape space and landscape elements.This article takes Chengdu's residential area as the research object.In 2015,Chengdu promulgated the �Chengdu Open Community Regulations Planning and Management Technical Regulations� and the �Notice on Accelerating the Planning and Construction Management of Open Community Regulations�,and discussed the open community and proposed ?guide? is the key point,including guide the use of mixed land,improve the convenience of life,optimize the urban form,strengthen historical protection,increase road density,and open the city micro-circulation.There are not many open communities in Chengdu.After the literature research and field trip,two type of cases were selected including:(1)completed communities;Nine demonstration areas,Guangmingyuan and Kuixinglou Street;(2)new residential areas;Tianfu Third Street as the research object.The focus is on the detailed analysis of the newly-built community,so as to explore the status quo of the open community in Chengdu,and analyze the post-maintenance management problems and propose the development strategy.This paper conducted a comparative analysis of the open situation of the old community and the construction of the newly built open community.The opening situation of the completed community is not optimistic.However,the prospect of the new open community is very good.The comparative analysis found that both the old community and the newly-built open community are breaking through the existing closed residential community model and opening the community to the city.Specifically,(1)location: old community does not change the location,but with the removal of the wall and the connection of the road,the position of the entrance and exit changes,greatly improving the convenience of travel.Newly-built communities can be integrated into urban planning through rational planning.(2)Road: after the open of old community,the residential road connected with the urban road,then the traffic problem is effectively solved,but the traffic situation and traffic flow need to be analyzed carefully.The newly built community is connected to the urban road at the beginning of the planning,and is better incorporated into the urban fabric.(3)Facilities: after the old community is opened,the opening of supporting facilities will increase the utilization rate of the facilities;while the newly-opened open communities will reduce redundant construction at the source,improve the return on investment,and improve the diversity and utilization efficiency of supporting facilities.(4)Landscape space,residents in old community can share more space,but the landscape rhythm is weakened,and would be different from the urban public space;while,the newly-build open community can address this gap easily,and integrate into urban space.(5)Landscape elements: the opening of the old community also brings the sharing of landscape resources,but it also involves the removal of some plants and other items,the replacement of road pavements,and the reconstruction of the entrance and exit landscape.The newly built open community was carefully designed at the beginning of the construction.This paper discusses the landscape maintenance management of open communities,and proposes development strategies for old and new communities from three aspects: urban planning,community planning and landscape design.First,in urban planning,the old community should first formulate corresponding planning guidelines and reasonable open roads in urban planning to avoid potential safety hazards caused by inconvenience to the residents of the community and traffic congestion.While mitigating traffic,the built-up community will be better integrated into the urban fabric.With the opening of the community,commercial planning of the underlying buildings also needs to be established.The new community should change the development model,adjust the standardization standards,control the detailed layout,and pay attention to the street design.Secondly,in the perspective of community planning,the old community will reduce the size of the residential area through opening to facilitate the promotion of residents' travel and neighborhood relations.The new community will be coordinated and complemented by reasonable location selection,moderate cell size and open structure.Thirdly,in the landscape design,the old community will focus on the landscape after opening and opening,ensuring the continuity of the landscape and the identification of nodes.The landscape elements follow the general design principles,retaining the basic landscape within the community,and repairing the landscape for demolition and destruction.The new open community landscape design must adhere to the six basic principles of "people-oriented",integrity,ecology,art and beauty,economy,and fairness.Besides,to adhere to the four new principles of �diversity of landscape spatial attributes�,�feeling of belonging�,�rich and efficient landscape facilities� and �diverse integration of landscape elements�.Focus on creating a public and transitional landscape space.In addition,the new communities should focus on creating public and transitional landscape spaces.Based on the "Opinions",this paper explores the landscape design under open community from the perspective of landscape,including analysis of the open situation of the old community and the construction of the newly built open community,which is the perfection of the open residential design theory.And deepening,innovatively propose that the landscape design of open residential,and can provide suggestions and references for the future landscape design of open community.
