Daily Life And Folk Tectonic Of "Urban Village"

As a background of Chinese urban and rural development, economics, sociology, geography, urban planning, and many other fields have a wide range of research on urbanization. Urbanization process makes the city and the countryside have become blurred, it also brings a series of urban problems, including environmental pollution, resource allocation, population density and so on. When we look spontaneously to urban development, but ignored the impact of urbanization on rural social structure, cultural traditions, lifestyles generated, particularly in residential construction, the rural-urban migration and capital conversion brought the rural construction the big change, driven by economic interests of farmers, have ground-breaking construction of residential, rural shape gradually disintegrate and produce "Urban Villages" which exist and depends on the city. In the urban development,"Urban village" construction is officially mainstream marginalized, eroded by the modern trend, and contained by the power of the traditional, especially the folk independent construction problems always be ignored, even spurned.In fact, current research in the field of local and folk architecture growing into the mainstream, more and more attention to the relationship between architectural design and construction of public life, and dilute the designers personal ideals chase. "Return to Innocence" has become the current design criteria. "Urban Villages" Residential construction is the most active part of folk architecture, which carries the evolution of complex social and residential life, where the rich and vibrant community space community atmosphere is "the true" expression of life, Here, life needs and tectonic highly fit, although clumsy but sincere and simple form.In this paper, taking Luolong Community,Chenggong New Area, Kunming as an example,to study folk everyday life and folk tectonic. Research focuses on four issues. First, what changes has urbanization brought to rural? Especially to the daily life of the rural population. Second, how are the changes in people’s daily life reflected in the community and residential buildings? Third, What are the characteristics of the current "urban village" community and residential buildings? At last,architecture and people’s daily lives are closely linked, based on this approach, what do we think about architectural design? They are four issues of the article, the first part is to study the general problems of urbanization,; the second part is the concrete research about basic information of Luolong community, specific mechanisms for space construction, folk tectonic of the language mainly from the "space" and "build" two clues and draw the subjective defects of folk tectonic and the features in time, space, social three dimensions; The third part is the conclusion to expand, that is a case study about the daily life and folk tectonic triggered reflection on architectural design, architectural design is considered as an open, sustainable process, it does not end and there is no purpose, it changes with life, so the architects should have an attitude to dialogue with folk and time,to make the relationship between architecture and people more apt.
