Study On Architectural Design Management Control Based On Urban Design

With the development of economy and society in China,the role of urban design in guiding the development of districts,stimulating the vitality of cities,creating a good urban environment and promoting the public interests of districts has gradually been recognized by the public.With the continuous development of urban design,it also puts forward the requirements of pursuing high quality and fine management,which will eventually be implemented in the guidance and control of architectural design.How to control architectural design can form regional unity and diversity,how to meet the needs of plots and protect public interests from infringement,it is worth our study.Starting from the control of buildings in urban design,this paper attempts to review the past design theories and classical cases,discuss the construction control methods and implementation,and try to put forward a flexible management and control system.Finally,the paper takes the Internet Innovation Area in Pazhou West District of Guangzhou as an example to study its management and control.The first chapter is the introduction,which describes the research background and the research results of predecessors at home and abroad.It mainly studies the theoretical basis of building control.Chapter two is the summary of control elements and control methods of buildings in urban design.Through the study of previous theories and practical cases,eight control elements are summarized,and the control elements are analyzed.The third chapter is about the practice of urban design control at home and abroad.From four cases of Battery Park City in New York,Makuhari City Residential Area in Japan,22,23-1 blocks in Shenzhen City Center and the Starting Area of Guangzhou International Finance City,the specific control measures and actual control situation are studied.Chapter 4 is about the influencing factors and the flexible control system of the control implementation.It summarizes the two influencing factors of the control intensity of the guidelines and the strength of the design review,and puts forward four methods to achieve the flexible control.Chapter 5 is an example of management and control of Internet Innovation Area in Pazhou West of Guangzhou.It describes the control requirements and implementation of several specific plots in the implementation process,and compares the design scheme and other control elements of the area before and after.The final chapter is conclusion.
