Analysis Of Architectural Design Under The Control Of Urban Design

As an important element in defining urban space,urban buildings play an irreplaceable role in the enclosure and shaping of urban space: they can not only shape urban nodes and open space forms closely related to the scale of urban users,but also constitute an important part of the overall urban spatial structure and urban skyline and landscape.As a kind of management behavior,urban design management and control should have a certain legal status to guide the implementation of urban design.In this paper,relying on the design project of office building of Shanghai Headquarters Base of China Nuclear Group,through the analysis and reflection of the urban design guidelines of Shanghai World Expo Park in the process of design,the author elaborates the reasonable control and guidance methods of urban design management and control on the shape design of office buildings and the shaping of urban space,and copes with the characteristics of urban space and the urban population.Use diverse needs to help and promote urban design management and control to better serve the shape of urban office buildings and urban space,improve the scientific,effective and human nature of urban design management and control.The first chapter of this paper introduces the basic concepts of architectural design project and urban design management and control of Shanghai Headquarters Base of CNPC,and defines the basic concepts of the research object and scope discussed in this paper.In the second chapter,based on the concepts of urban design management and control,combined with the planning documents of different cities in China for the management and control of office buildings,the guiding elements and existing problems of urban design management and control of office buildings are clearly pointed out.In the third chapter,the author first elaborates on the architectural design project of the office building of Shanghai Headquarters Base of China Nuclear Group,according to the architectural shape adjustment and design process made by the Regulations on Urban Design Control,and reflects on the restraint effect of urban design control on office building design.According to the urban design control mode of Urban Office buildings,the control elements can be divided into three categories: building plane control,height control and urban space control.In each category,different urban design management and control indicators are correspondingly discussed,which are related to the urban architectural form and urban spatial form.Based on the architectural form change of the project of Shanghai Headquarters Office Building of China Nuclear Group,this paper practices and summarizes the spatial impact caused by the adjustment of urban design management and control indicators and the elastic control.Chapter forth classifies the additional construction index control and adjustment measures for the key urban areas of Shanghai Expo Park,which are located in the office building project of Shanghai Headquarters Base of CNPC,namely the volume ratio transfer compensation system,the building function transfer system,the specific area system and the development right transfer system.Based on the elastic adjustment of the index,it collects the additional construction index control and adjustment measures for the key urban areas.Based on the change of the building shape of the office building of Shanghai Headquarters Base,this paper explores the active role of elastic control and compensation measures in urban design control in key areas in shaping urban space.
