Research On Process Approach For Architectural Design Based On Green Objective

The dialectical existence between the architecture under the "Green Principle" and "Green Building" defined by assessment standards is the basic object context for researching and discussing architectural design issues under the green objective.The phenomenon of "green attachment" that is commonly found in related design practice and the industry introspection of " architectural control vacancies " highlight the limitations of the understanding of green buildings and confusion of the control methods related to collaboration and integration.From the perspective of design process,this paper aims to integrate the green objective and the traditional architectural objectives,and then explore to narrow the gap between technical theory and design ability by updating and revising the control thinking and methods of the design process.On the basis of the same-level analogy and translation of interdisciplinary thinking,this paper constructs an interpretive framework of multidirectional approach of architectural design drawing on the "process approach" of management.The framework contains three aspects: re-recognition of green building,the architects' process function and practical characteristics,and the optimal control method of the design process.It is demonstrated that green building is a process existence with semi-open boundaries through the combing of the architectural environment concept of "adaptation","reformation" and "reflection".Objectively,green buildings control consumer's demand by environmental bearing capacity,the establishment and effectiveness of boundary still depend on the selective reflection of people to environmental goals and conditions.Then,the paper summarizes the architects' process function and reflective practice characteristics under the green target,and puts forward the design principles in the process of green design including logical choice of ecological rationality,strategy generation based on local conditions,synergy mode of simultaneous promotion,and passive prioritized technology selection.Furthermore,the method system of optimal control of design process is constructed by three levels of the basic orientation control of design principle,the related logic control of design procedure,and the information network control of design content.Finally,a pilot case study is conducted in order to explore the transformation path of theoretical methods to practical applications.The innovation of the research is mainly embodied in the following three aspects: Firstly,it provides an addendum perspective to the recognition and architectural practice on the green issues.Secondly,a basic framework of the architectural green design process approach is constructed based on the interdisciplinary theoretical thinking of the management process approach,which provides an integration path for realization of both the green objective and the traditional architectural design targets.Thirdly,the general methodology of design process optimization control consisting of design principle control,procedure connection control,and content information control provides a basis for the transformation of process approach theory into practical application.
