Research On Risk Management Evaluation Of Architectural Design Of Commercial Residential Projects

In recent years,the real estate economy has existed in major economic status in many countries in China and around the world.The rise of the real estate market is accompanied by the rapid expansion of urbanization,and its quantity and quality have become one of the major social topics in the contemporary era.As a major component of the real estate sector,commercial housing projects have many risk factors in the process of project design,construction and use.Once the risk is transformed into a crisis,it will cause a large negative impact.It is an effective risk control method to evaluate and control risks from the design source.This paper takes a commercial residential project as an example to analyze the architectural design risk assessment in commercial residential projects.The first chapter of the thesis expounds the research background of the architectural design of commercial residential projects,and collates relevant literatures on the design of commercial residential buildings at home and abroad,and extracts valuable viewpoints as the theoretical basis for the thesis.After that,the research purpose and research content of this thesis are discussed,and the research methods of the thesis and the technical route of the thesis are explained.Through the six-step technical route to study the risk management evaluation project of commercial residential building design projects.The second chapter introduces the concepts and theories related to the risk management evaluation of building design for commercial residential projects.The related concepts of risk management are discussed.Risk management includes four main contents,namely risk management,risk identification,risk assessment,and risk management.The pair discusses several mature risk assessment methods.The third chapter explains the risk identification in the commercial residential building design project,introduces the risk management procedures and contents in the commercial residential building design project,and expounds the current status ofengineering design risk management of commercial residential building design projects.The risk factors in each process of the project were identified.The fourth chapter discusses the risk evaluation content of commercial residential building design projects,firstly expounds the evaluation method theory applied in this paper.Explain the purpose of the risk assessment of this topic,and implement the risk assessment process in accordance with the principles of authenticity,systemicity,rationality,scientificity,and normativeness.Then determine the steps and methods of risk assessment.The fifth chapter discusses the countermeasures for the risk of HongDing Jingyuhaoyuan Residential project.First,a set of circumvention schemes for risk factors was designed,including risk avoidance,risk transfer,risk response,risk mitigation,and risk retention.After that,five safeguards against the circumvention plan were discussed.The sixth chapter taking the HongDing Jingyuhaoyuan Residential project for empirical analysis.First,the HongDing Jingyuhaoyuan Residential project development unit was introduced,and the HongDing Jingyuhaoyuan Residential project was briefly explained.After that,I introduced the architectural design of the HongDing Jingyuhaoyuan Residential project.The risk management of HongDing Jingyuhaoyuan Residential project was evaluated by AHP.In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are combined with the actual case of HongDing Jingyuhaoyuan Residential project to determine the risk factors in the architectural design process,and the feasible risk control strategy is formulated according to the characteristics of risk factors.Provides research on design risk assessment for the industry's refined management work.
