Risk Management Research In The Architectural Design Work

No doubt of the construction industry is an important industry in China in recent years, this breakdown of where the architectural design also plays an important role in construction industry.with the end of the expansion phase of the construction market,national policy to limit prices constantly introduced,the developer transition period arrival,the architectural design is also facing more risks and challenges.By comparing new product development project management of architectural design, this paper focuses on the project management status of new product development projects of architectural design of project management, analyzes the models and problems of existing new product development projects planning management of construction machinery and change management of new product development projects planning.
