Research On The Construction Of Teaching Practical Training Base For Automobile Major In Jiangxi Higher Vocational Colleges

Since the reform and opening up,China’s higher vocational education has gone through many years of research and exploration,At present,it has entered a vigorous stage of development and expansion.Teaching practical training base is an indispensable teaching platform for training applied talents in higher vocational colleges.It is an important part of the educational system,and it is the basic support for implementing practice teaching.In the present form,because of various reasons,many teaching bases in higher vocational colleges can not meet the needs of practical teaching,which seriously affect the quality of practical training and teaching in higher vocational colleges,and also affect the goal of cultivating applied technical talents in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,strengthening the construction of teaching and training bases is an urgent task for higher vocational colleges.This paper adopts literature research method,field investigation method,questionnaire survey method,comparative analysis method,statistical analysis method and interview method.On the basis of collecting a large number of documents,according to the current situation of the construction of teaching and training bases for automobile majors in Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangxi Province,Through the investigation of the construction of the training base for the teaching of automobile speciality in three higher vocational colleges in Nanchang,the problems and reasons for the construction of the training base for the teaching of Automobile Specialty in China’s higher vocational colleges are analyzed.In the light of the construction of the training base for the teaching of automobile specialty,the shortage of fund raising channels,the lack of the number of "Double Teachers" teachers,the lack of scientific management system and the surface of the cooperation between school and enterprise,etc.Combined with the actual situation of the teaching training base in higher vocational colleges,and drawing on the relevant domestic construction experience,It is proposed to build the diversified financing channels,strengthen the construction of the double division team,set up the practical courses reasonably,improve the teaching quality of the teaching training base of the automobile specialty,and train the students to become professional technical talents.
