In China, the establishment of vocational colleges has experienced starting stage,stagnation period and the stage of rapid development. Especially in the past10years,the expansion of university has greatly promoted the development of higher vocationalcolleges, which have become an important part of higher education. In this context,building, rebuilding and expanding of higher vocational colleges are neededdesperately.However, the same assessment indicators and construction system are used byboth higher vocational colleges and universities currently, the fully expression for thecontent of its cutting-edge has been disabled, which lead to a lack of vocational andtechnical college characteristics. Meanwhile as the specialised professions in highervocational college, the design of its campus planning architectural space are different,especially for the design of training space. As an important part of campus design, itsconstruction reference basis and standards are still blank. So studies on thespecializition and construction assessment of different training spaces are of greatimportance.With the perspective of higher vocational colleges profession settings, theprofessional manufacturing related departments of the training space was discussedhere through analysis on its influencing factors. With the investigation of5highervocational colleges in Shaan Xi and Shenzhen, starting with the layout，areas, heightand the space organization of training space, the space type, stucture and its rationalarea ratio of training space of manufacturing were discussed as well as study on the reasonable numbers of training spaces for basic manufacturing training project and theadaptive average index to meet the different factors influencing professionalmanufacture practical Training space was put forward which altogether provide areference for the construction of professional manufacture practical Training space.
