Climate changes put a significant influence on our life and the depletion of non-renewable energy,the traditional power generation industry is facing huge pressure on environmental friendly,nuclear power is a high efficient、clean and safe energy,which has a good place for the energy structure of our country.enterprises with nuclear generating power,should stick to safety first,quality first at the time of production and management.The quality of nuclear power products for management is a new subject in the world.In addition to the higher quality of nuclear power products,the quality management of enterprises also put forward further requirements.Only by strengthening quality management,doing a good job of quality management in the whole process,can we improve the quality and technical content of nuclear power products,reduce production costs,increase customer satisfaction,and then promote the upgrading of nuclear power technology in China.To meet the requirements of the national long-term nuclear power development plan,to meet the needs of the international nuclear power market.In view of CFHI’s current situation of nuclear power quality,combined with the actual production situation of nuclear power products and taking quality management as the main thought and theoretical basis,this paper finds out the key factor that affects the quality of products-the development of enterprise quality culture is not deep enough.The quality reward and punishment examination is not concrete,the quality management system is not complete,certain insufficient production effect,the hard technology transformation etc.Through strengthening the manufacturing and process control of nuclear power products,perfecting the organizational structure design of nuclear power products quality management,strengthening the quality management of nuclear power products and materials,and perfecting the design of unqualified control schemes for nuclear power projects,To build a good cultural atmosphere of nuclear power quality in enterprises and attach importance to it The reserve and development of nuclear power professionals and other aspects put forward a sound quality management program.Finally,through the education of nuclearquality culture,the propaganda and training of nuclear power product quality management knowledge,and the establishment of reasonable nuclear power product quality control points,to establish effective channels of information transmission for nuclear power production,the guarantee measures of CFHI’s quality management system are formulated.This paper hopes that through the analysis and research on the quality management of CFHI nuclear power products,it can provide some reference opinions for the quality management of nuclear power products in China,and have many functions on enhancing the quality management of nuclear generating power products.
