| The complex product manufacturing is one of the typical mode of modern manufacturing, but the existing quality control technology to a certain extent, it is difficult to meet the requirements of quality control of complex products. So, according to modern quality engineering point of view, how to integrate satisfactory control into the quality control of complex products, and propose feasible satisfaction of quality control method is a worthy of in-depth research project in the quality control field.According to the characteristics and needs of complex product quality and satisfactory control, a framework for complex product quality satisfaction control has been proposed, and the key technology of complex product quality and satisfactory control has been analysed. This dissertation uses SPC theory to analyse the single variable wave principle, to determine the complex product in the production process is in normal or abnormal fluctuation. The method of multiple scales is selected to analyse the complex product quality characteristics for further study, and as the crane an example to construct it's multiscale models, by depicting the tree structure on the smallest scale of quality characteristics of gear parts, to reduce the complexity of the quality control of the crane.Finally, based on the two stage cylindrical gear reducer as an example, and using the QFD theory to evaluate the quality of complex product, the satisfactory control has been integrated into the process of constructing multi-target house of quality to solve the multi-objective optimization problem, the optimized two-stage cylindrical gear reducer structure has been compacted, carrying capacity has been raised, efficiency has been maintained. |
