Research On Quality Chain Management Of Aerospace Products

Aerospace equipment manufacturing capacity is an important embodiment of a country's comprehensive national strength,and the quality of space equipment is the technical support for the development and ap plication of space technology.As a kind of management idea,the quality chain management,which is integrated with the total quality management and supply chain management,has gradually entered the people's view and has been attached importance to the quality management circle.This paper focuses on how to apply the concept of quality chain management to the quality management of aerospace products,and the main research work as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the present situation of aerospace product quality management,points out the necessity of carrying out the quality chain management of aerospace products,and puts forward the concrete implementation ideas.(2)Research on the virtual service resources integration method of process quality chain management in aerospace product,points out the importance of virtualization integration in the process of quality chain management in aerospace products.Through the establishment of the ontology model and the design matching algorithm,the virtual integration of service resources is completed,and verified by a numerical example.Based on this,the research on the quality chain management of aerospace products is carried out from the inside and outside from the internal quality chain and the external enterprise group quality chain.(3)Research on intelligent diagnosis method of internal process quality chain of quality chain management in aerospace product,through the design and implementation of the distributed LDA classifier to complete the process of mass data input in the process of the control chart pattern of the intelligent identification,according to the results of identification,complete the diagnosis of process quality chain.Then,according to the results of diagnosis,select different quality management strategies,so it can realize the effective management of the internal process chain.(4)Research on external enterprise group quality chain synergy validity evaluation method of aerospace product quality chain management process,proposes a evaluation methodology of cooperative validity based on distributed BP neural network.Through an example,compared the evaluation methodologies of cooperative validity based on power function and entropy method,prove the evaluation methodology of cooperative validity based on distributed BP neural network can satisfy demand for a certain extent,and provide decision support for the management of external enterprise group quality chain.
