The manufacturing quality of nuclear power products plays a key role in the safe operation of nuclear power plants,and the research on the manufacturing quality risk of nuclear power products is an effective means to ensure the manufacturing quality of nuclear power products.At present,most of the research on the quality assurance of nuclear power product manufacturing is mainly from the perspective of quality management,such as improving the nuclear power quality assurance system,implementing total quality management,but there are few studies on the quality risk of nuclear power product manufacturing.Because quality management of each manufacture factory is different,the quality risk is also different,Therefore,it is of great significance to study the manufacturing quality risk of nuclear power products.This thesis takes fire pump of Zhangzhou Nuclear Power Plant as an example to study its manufacturing quality risk,combining the theory of quality management and risk management,using the checklist method,brainstorming method and Delphi method to identify quality risk,determine the index weight,using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to build a risk evaluation system,using YAAHP analytic hierarchy process auxiliary software to analyze the collected data,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to set up quality risk assessment model,then assessing the manufacturing quality risk of fire pump,obtaining the quality risk degree of fire pump manufacturing,It also further verifies the scientific nature and validity of the quality risk assessment model.At last,the detailed quality risk prevention and control measures are making in view of the risk factors,to ensure the high quality of the fire pump delivering to customers on time.The research conclusion of this thesis has important guiding value for the research of product manufacturing quality risk of nuclear power manufacturing units,and has certain guiding significance for promoting the quality risk management of nuclear power products.
