As the market competition is more and more intense,the improvement of product quality requirements of various enterprises,the level of product quality determines the competitive position of enterprises in the same market and the competitive strength of enterprises themselves.In order to meet the changing needs of customers,the company highlights its advantages through continuous quality control,product quality improvement,efficiency improvement and cost reduction.The manufacturing process is the most important step to ensure the quality of products,while the measurement step is the important step to detect defective products,finds out the loopholes in the production process and realizes the quality control.This topic mainly studies the product defect rate in the fork shaft workshop of SX company as well as the recent large-scale nonconforming products.It uses the quality management tools such as Measurement Systems Analysis and Statistical Process Control to Control the quality of the product production Process.Measurement system analysis is a systematic data analysis tool,which can ensure the validity of measurement data.Using the measurement system analysis technology,Minitab software is used to analyze the bias and linear relationship of the measurement system,as well as the repeatability and reproducibility of the measurement,so as to judge the acceptability of the measurement system,prevent the misjudgment of the product caused by the measurement system itself,and provide reliable data support for the statistical process control.Statistical process control plays a good role in the prevention and control of product production.Based on the statistical process control technology,the production process data are collected,and after the data are processed and processed,the control chart is generated by Minitab software to judge the controlled state of the production process.The combination of the two tools ensures the effective quality control,reduces the resource cost for the enterprise,and promotes the healthy development of SX company's quality management level.
