With the rapid development of the energy storage industry,various countries have taken the energy storage industry as the direction of future development.Energy storage is mainly divided into physical energy storage and chemical energy storage.Physical energy storage has certain limitations due to geographical restrictions.,While electrochemical energy storage can be flexibly arranged,and has been rapidly developed in recent years.The energy storage system includes BMS,PCS,containers,batteries,etc.As the core of the energy storage system(cell),its stability and reliability determine the stability and economy of the energy storage system.At present,foreign countries have long-life batteries that should be used in energy storage systems,but my country is relatively lacking in this field.Company D is a battery company that has been deeply involved in the battery field for more than 20 years.It has relatively complete management capabilities for R&D,production and sales of batteries.However,energy storage products are different from batteries in traditional scenarios.Traditional batteries are mainly used in standby scenarios.The energy storage products are mainly aimed at cyclic scenarios and put forward higher requirements for the stability and reliability of the battery throughout the life of the battery.This article combines the theoretical knowledge and practical experience of quality management to sort out and analyze the energy storage products of D Company,and propose The quality management method of energy storage products and the reasonable use of related quality tools are adopted.The first part describes the background of energy storage product research,the current research status and theories at home and abroad.The second part summarizes the related theories of quality management,mainly related to the principles of product,quality,quality planning,quality control,quality improvement and quality management.In addition,the relevant tools used in this article are explained,including quality function deployment,FMEA analysis,etc.The third part mainly analyzes and researches the planning of energy storage products.According to the customer’s demand for energy storage products,QFD tools are used to carry out the quality function deployment,and the customer’s quality objectives for energy storage products are comprehensively analyzed.To better control quality problems caused by design and development,use FMEA tools to carry out risk prevention and control on energy storage products,and move product quality forward.The fourth part is about process quality control.It mainly analyzes in detail how to control the quality of the production process from the five aspects of man,machine,material law and environment,so as to achieve effective prevention in advance,reduce production costs,and improve production efficiency.The fifth part is quality improvement.The quality improvement mainly uses the DMAIC idea to control the grid weight consistency in the key processes,focusing on improving the grid weight process capability,and the PDCA idea in the casting and welding process is unstable to the production quality of the casting and welding process.The key factors are analyzed by grasping the key few,and improvement measures are proposed and the effects are confirmed.This article focuses on the comprehensive analysis of energy storage product development,process control,and quality improvement based on D Company’s energy storage products using theory and practice methods,forming a relatively complete quality management system for energy storage products,and providing reference for D Company in quality management.
