New product development project is very important to a company.Risk management of the project is the key part of company innovation management.The large size bearing development project of S company comes from market and customer requirements.Because of its own product feature,large range application and different commercial and technical requirements,the risk is in uncertain business,variety of application,complicated production process,systematic risk in project management and stability risk in raw material purchasing.The current risk management of large size bearing development project in S company is neither specific nor comprehensive.It is not suitable to manage the risk in this kind of project.This thesis recognizes 7 areas of risks in large size bearing development project in S company,including market and sector risk,project management risk,sales risk,application risk,design risk,production risk and purchasing risk.Based on one project——Cold Rolling Mill 4 Row Cylindrical Roller Bearing,from risk recognition,risk assessment to relative solutions,we identify and confirm the risk management of large size bearing development project in S company.
