For almost twenty years,in the context of economic globalization and the globalization of Internet media,the internal and external environment of the development of aerospace industry has undergone great changes.With the rapid growth of space model development tasks,project management is playing an increasingly important role in the development of aerospace models,As an important part of management of model projec,risk management is an important means to support project decision making and guarantee the successful completion of tasks.At present,although the risk management experts and scholars in the field of China's large-scale projects was studied,but it is undeniable that the space project management,project risk management is not enough,the lack of comprehensive risk analysis and planning,mainly rely on decades of experience in aerospace,did not establish a perfect risk management system.In this paper,combined with the development characteristics of the project risk management content and aerospace products,and through the risk of the large ultra flat platform,trying to build a set of accord with the characteristics of space model developed product lifecycle model of the risk management system.This article mainly includes seven aspects:The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and significance,the project features and system composition are analyzed,the necessity of risk management on the platform;the second chapter summarizes the main space of domestic and international risk management,based on the theory of risk management under the guidance of various methods of risk identification,risk assessment and risk response list,analysis,comparison,presented their proposed basic theory research;the third chapter in the platform project to develop a risk management plan,confirmed the organization staff and work responsibilities;the fourth chapter,the fifth chapter and the sixth chapter take the theoretical methods of risk identification,project evaluation,development risk response measures,use scientific risk management measures to effectively prevent risks,to achieve a certain effect;the seventh chapter basis The whole process of the project risk management,to find out the shortcomings of the current system,and put forward suggestions for further improvement.The characteristics of this paper mainly include the following three aspects: One is the research of risk theory,from two on the technology and management of large dimensions to carry out risk identification,analysis,assessment and response,preliminary establishment of aerospace product lifecycle risk research system,have certain reference significance for risk management of other types of products;Second,adopt semi-quantitative method,From the possibility of risk occurrence and the degree of influence,the risk value is obtained,and then the risk matrix is formed,which makes the project team more targeted to the follow-up risk response measures,and prevents and controls more accurately;The three is through risk monitoring,suggestions to improve the quality assurance of aerospace file system,technology management system(including the design documents,process documents,production baseline management)management methods,to realize the effective combination of Total risk management and Implementation of internal control system.In the process of risk management system simulation,the paper puts forward the risk criteria quantitative index system,and formed in the response measures are universal and practical for aerospace,has a certain reference value for other aerospace product project risk management.Finally,at the end of this paper,the project risk management of space model products is proposed,which needs to be improved in strengthening the whole process risk awareness,standardizing risk control,and continuously improving risk assessment methods.
