Study On Management System Of Environmental And Safety Risk Assessment For Hydrogen Fuelling Station

In recent years,with the aggravation of air pollution and the shortage of oil resources,new energy vehicles received wide attention.Hydrogen energy vehicles which have high speed of hydrogen storage,"zero pollution" and other advantages are considered the future of the automotive industry.However,because the hydrogen storages have high environmental and safety risks,hydrogen station has restricted the development of hydrogen fuel vehicles.As a new way of energy storage,hydrogen station lacks a mature method of environmental and safety risk assessment and management.Therefore,this paper reviews the concept of risk management and safety management in traditional environment,analyzes characteristics and inner relations of different evaluation methods,proposes environmental and safety management concept,establishes a new environmental and safety risk assessment system,puts forward environment and safety management integration requirements.Combined with hydrogen station of its own characteristics.an environmental and safety risk evaluation model for hydrogenation station was established.The model uses check list method to carry out risk identification;uses the method of fault tree to carry out qualitative analysis on the risk of fire unit and analyze the importance of each basic event;the Dow Fire and explosion index evaluation method is used to carry out quantitative analysis,evaluate the hazard grade of fire and explosion,safety measures coefficient was calculated to correct the result of evaluation results;damage mathematical model of gas leakage,explosion,fire is used to simulate the accidents of gas leakage,fire and explosion accident simulation,get the maximum impact range of accidents,at last,hydrogen station risk prevention and control measures based on risk evaluation are put forward.In addition,the paper takes the A hydrogen station project as an example,practices and develops these technologies and methods.
