Project safety risk management is an important part of modern project construction management.With the increasing demand of viaduct in China,the number of viaduct construction projects is increasing.However,due to the characteristics of long viaduct construction period,high work,cross work and so on,the project construction safety accidents continue to emerge and cause serious casualties and property losses.Therefore,safety risk assessment has many advantages,which can eliminate hidden dangers,reduce the frequency of risk accidents,further improve the quality of decision-making,and ensure the safety of people and property as much as possible.Based on the analysis of safety risks in the construction process of shenzhou-liao viaduct project,this paper further expounds various risks existing in this project,and makes effective plans for this project,so as to steadily promote this project.According to the research content of this paper,the specific contents are as follows:(1)strengthen the analysis of professional terms in the aspect of safety risk management,which involves the research content of domestic and foreign scholars in the aspect of risk management.(2)taking the construction of shenzhen-liao viaduct project as an example,this paper expounds the risks existing in the project.In the research,the Delphi method is mainly adopted to emphasize the comprehensive analysis of all kinds of risks.(3)in terms of risk analysis of construction safety risk management of shenzhou-liaoning viaduct project,fuzzy hierarchy method is mainly selected.The reason for choosing this method can provide effective safety risk analysis for evaluation.(4)put forward detailed and effective solutions based on the above project.Combined with the above analysis,we get a more detailed result about the security risk management of the program,and take effective countermeasures,which has played a certain role in promoting the steady progress of the whole project.Through the research and analysis carried out in this paper,it is clear that:(1)with the help of the Delphi method,this paper get deep liao viaduct security risks in the process of project construction is as follows:the early stage of the project risks,risks of u-shaped beam precast,excavation of bored piles construction risk,risk,pier cap beam cofferdam construction risk,u-shaped beam transport risks,risks of u-shaped girder erection,a total of 7 level of risk,which includes a total of 26 secondary risks.(2)after the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analysis,the safety risk assessment result of the deep viaduct is Max(bj)=0.1363,and the safety risk degree is "extremely high".(3)this paper puts forward specific safety risk countermeasures from seven aspects,including the risk of preliminary engineering and the risk of u-beam prefabrication,and puts forward corresponding Suggestions from the aspects of concept assurance,organizational assurance,technical assurance,personnel assurance and institutional mechanism assurance respectively.
