W remote-sensing satellite as "twelfth Five-Year" key project is a national mandatory program.It is the organic component of earth observation network,which is loaded with advanced remote sensing system.The practice indicated that in order to ensure the smooth accomplishment of the satellite vibration test,the risk management must be actualized.The W remote-sensing satellite has the characteristics of heavy weight,large size,and high center of mass,and its vibration test control is very difficult which need to avoid runaway and out of tolerance to improve the safety and effectiveness of the experiment.In addition,the satellite vibration test process is complex,involving multiple positions and procedures,and the guarantee work is also facing a major challenges.Therefore,it is significant to carry out the risk management of the vibration test.This paper briefly introduced the related theories and methods of risk management,then according to the general steps of risk management,used inspection table,project flow chart,and expert investigation methods to identify the project risk of vibration test.Next the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the risk factors and the risk of the whole project.Meanwhile the higher risk level of the project was focused and the response measures were proposed.Finally the risk management and control were implemented in practice,achieved good results.It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide reference for the follow-up project of satellite,and provide some guidance and reference for the aerospace engineering risk management in our country.
