In project construction, produced by uncertainty and risk, due to the large scale construction project, cycle is long, numerous participants and complex technology, causes the uncertainty factors influence more prominent in the construction project, the risk which multiply, so you need to take effective risk management methods to reduce the risk or reduce the risk of losses, to ensure the project to achieve the expected goal. With the constant improvement of the requirement of engineering project construction in our country, to achieve better economic benefit and social benefit, to strengthen the risk management is imperative. Project risk management as part of project management, project risk management is through the risk identification, risk assessment and risk control, and on this basis, the reasonable use a variety of management methods, techniques and methods of project activities involving the effective risk control, take the initiative, create conditions and try to enlarge the beneficial result of risk events, properly handle risk accident caused by the adverse consequences, with minimal cost to ensure safe and reliable to achieve the overall goal of the project.In the process of research in this paper, the main use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish a set of perfect for datang jiangshan gas cogeneration engineering project risk assessment and control system.
