Research On Risk Management Of E Country's Communication Satellite Application System Construction Project

In recent years,Chinese enterprises' outbound investment and overseas project contracting business are gradually increasing under the guidance of the national "One Belt and One Road" initiative.As an active practitioner of this initiative,China's space industry has made great efforts to promote economic and technological cooperation and exchanges with countries along the belt and road,strengthen economic and trade ties,expand markets along the belt and road,fulfill foreign aid responsibilities,and make new achievements in international development.At the same time,it should be recognized that Chinese enterprises are faced with some difficult situations when they participate in the development of international projects,such as complex international market conditions,many uncertainties,lacking of professional talents and numerous project management links,which all bring huge risks to the implementation of enterprise projects.Risk management is an important part of enterprise project management.Because of the objective existence of risk,how to avoid risks and reduce the impact of risks on projects is the main purpose of project risk management.This paper will focus on the satellite application system for construction project,by using the expert review method to identify the potential project risk factors,using AHP and quantitative analysis for the identified risks'assessment,determining the level of project risk factors and putting forward detailed measures based on their different risk levels,in order to perfect the enterprise risk control mechanism and to improve enterprise management level of risk.
