Research On Functional Regeneration Strategy Of Old Factory

In the past decade,with the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of urbanization rate,the transformation of old industrial buildings has become an unavoidable problem and a research hotspot in recent years.In recent years,the renovation of old industrial buildings in Zhejiang Province has become a hot spot in the industry,and new functions have emerged in endlessly.This paper focuses on Zhejiang Province,especially Hangzhou,Ningbo and Wenzhou,which are economically developed and have a good industrial foundation.Through summary and induction,this paper studies the strategy of functional regeneration of old factory buildings.Firstly,on the basis of sorting out the theory and practical cases of old factory building renovation at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the types of renovation that have appeared at present.While reviewing the development process of functional regeneration of old factory buildings at home and abroad,this paper also summarizes the policy and development situation of Zhejiang Province in recent years,and analyses the causes and types of its transformation and the main factors affecting its functions.On the basis of this analysis,this paper lists many renovation projects with distinctive characteristics and maturity through field investigation in Hangzhou,Ningbo and Wenzhou of Zhejiang Province.In view of the existing situation,this paper puts forward the design strategy for the overall functional regeneration of the old factory area under the influence of the city nature,the scale of the factory area itself,the spatial pattern of the factory area and so on.At the same time,the corresponding design strategies are put forward under the influence of function orientation,space condition,construction characteristics and physical factors of the old factory buildings.This paper analyses and puts forward the specific design strategies from the whole plant area to the building unit,as well as the interior space function,covering a variety of functional directions.In addition,a variety of specific design strategies are put forward,and then feedback is given through actual projects to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the strategies.It is helpful to provide the design direction and method for the peers in the reconstruction of the old factory buildings in the future,and at the same time,it can be used for reference for the concrete implementation of the reconstruction projects of the old factory buildings in other provinces and cities in China.
