With the continuous development of rural construction,rural industrial buildings have become the object of urgent protection,renewal and transformation in the countryside.Demolition,protection,transformation and reuse are the three destinations of local industrial buildings.The way of demolition and reconstruction has seriously damaged the historical and cultural value of the building.But,protection,transformation and reuse are two contradictory propositions.The historical information contained in the supporting structure and enclosure structure of old buildings has the value of protection.But from the perspective of safety and comfort,the safety of building support structure and the performance of sound,light and heat of enclosure structure need to be improved urgently,this is in conflict with protection.How to correctly handle the contradiction between protection,transformation and reuse,which technical means should be chosen to solve this contradiction more effectively in the process of transformation and reuse? From this point of view,this paper makes a thorough study and analysis of the technological methods in transformation and reuse,researches and summarizes a set of technology selection strategies with universal applicability,and apply it to the design practical projects of transformation and reuse.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly outlines the background of the research topic,defines the related concepts in detail,analyses the research significance,establishes the research objectives,clarifies the research status,and then clarifies the research methods and establishes the research framework.The second chapter discusses the general situation of modern granary building from the development course,characteristics,classification,load-bearing structure,enclosure structure and introduces the development status and cases of transformation and reuse of granary buildings at home and abroad.The third chapter studies the technical measures for transformation of load-bearing structures in the transformation and reuse of the granary building.Reinforcement and reinforcement measures for loadbearing structures of wood structure,masonry structure and reinforced concrete structure are introduced respectively.Necessity of new structure and relationship between new structure and original structure are discussed.The advantages and disadvantages of various technical measures are compared.The factors influencing the technical selection of load-bearing structure transformation are analyzed,and the technical selection strategy of load-bearing structure transformation is put forward.The fourth chapter studies and analyses the technical measures of the enclosure structure in the transformation and reuse of granary buildings from three angles of heat preservation and insulation,natural lighting and natural ventilation,evaluates the available technologies,analyses the factors affecting the selection of the enclosure structure transformation technology,and puts forward the corresponding selection strategies.The fifth chapter is based on the technology selection strategy in the reconstruction and reuse of granary buildings proposed in the previous chapters,combining with the design practice of the reconstruction and reuse of granary buildings in Xinzhuang Town,Suqian,Jiangsu Province,to carry out demonstration and analysis through practical application from the transformation technology of load-bearing structure and enclosure structure.The sixth chapter summarizes the content of the full text,elaborates the conclusions of this study,points out the innovation and shortcomings of the study,and puts forward the prospect.The appendix mainly shows the relevant data and drawings of engineering design practice.There are more than 55000 words,105 diagrams and 16 illustrations.
