With the medical revolution and the vigorous promotion by each country government,the orthopedics demands of J&J Medical device have a significant increase in the recent 3 years,meanwhile there is also a business increase in China.Because more and more advanced technology and new orthopedics design have been introduced,the technical employees become more and more important.The high turnover rate of core team members impacts the whole business of JNJ in China.It tells us that we should pay more attention in the turnover research especially the technical core employees.There are 4 parts in the thesis.The first part is the introduction that focuses on the importance of core employees in JNJ medical and the medical environment to confirm the research direction and methods;The second part focuses on the turnover characteristic analysis of the JNJ company and the turnover comparison between private enterprise /foreign company /state-owned enterprise;The third part focuses on the turnover analysis of JNJ medical Suzhou,contrastive analysis and Internal/external elements analysis are applied to do the analysis of operation diagnosis,Suzhou internal impact,internal/external impact elements;The forth part focuses on the action to reduce the turnover and the talent retention,through analyzing of internal compensation system,improving the employee engagement and employee bonding plan,enhancing the management of core employees and optimizing the internal operation,thus to improve the competition of JNJ Medical Device...
