Intellectual capital is gradually becoming a key resource for global economic development.For enterprises,how to enhance external competitiveness,achieve internal fairness,and build a scientific and reasonable human resource management system is a key topic that managers need to pay attention to.With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,talent competition has gradually evolved into one of the core issues of human resource development.As an important part of enterprise human resource management,the compensation system is scientific and reasonable or not,which will play a direct role in the work enthusiasm and efficiency of employees,and is closely related to the cohesion of the enterprise and the benign operation.SR Medical Device Company belongs to the high-tech industry.The imperfect compensation system leads to the loss of employees.In the process of staff loss,a large number of customers were taken away,resulting in the loss of human capital and customer resources and other double losses.The research object of this paper is SR medical device enterprise,referring to domestic and foreign achievements on compensation system optimization.Starting from the current salary system of the enterprise,data analysis and interview are conducted according to the results of questionnaire survey of employees,to find out the existing problems in the compensation system of SR company,and analyze the causes,trying to build a scientific and reasonable compensation system.To improve the defects in the company’s compensation management,improve the company’s human resource management ability,mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,promote their ability level,and then enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise in the medical device industry market,so that the entire operation and development of SR Medical device Company to follow the path of sustainable development,which provides reference for the development of the company.It also provides reference value for further optimization of compensation system of other companies in the medical device industry.
