Background:In recent years,with the development of social economy,medical radiation has become the largest source of artificial radiation.Large dose of medical radiation will have a variety of adverse effects on human body,so the protective measures for medical radiation are very important.At present,the radiation protection of DR physical examination vehicle is a serious public health problem.It is an effective method to wear personal protective equipment and repair the shield regularly.However,most people have low awareness of protection and the cost of regular maintenance is high.Therefore,a new type of radiation protection facility has been developed in this study,including the grooved radiation shield door,the additional beam limiting device and the residual X-ray absorption device.The radiation protection device is improved based on the ordinary physical examination vehicle to analyze its radiation protection effect.Objective:Optimize the radiation protection of ordinary DR physical examination vehicle,and investigate and analyze it's radiation protection effect.Methods:1.To compare and analyze the radiation level of the non tested sensitive parts in the fixed DR machine room and the conventional DR physical examination vehicle.2.According to the principle of radiation protection optimization,the protection facilities of the new DR physical examination vehicle are designed,and the lead plate is used as the main material to build the protection facilities.3.Two KLQ6906 medical examination vehicles with Polydoros RF medical digital X-ray equipment are selected,one of them is reconstructed with radiation protection facilities,and the quality control test is carried out after the reconstruction.4.Under the same conditions,the protective effects of grooved radiation shield door,additional beam limiting device and residual X-ray absorption device are discussed respectively,and the overall protective effects of the above facilities are analyzedResults:1.The radiation level of the non tested radiation sensitive parts:DR examination vehicle:head(35.7?41.3)mSv/h,gonad(33.3?40.3)mSv/h;fixed DR machine room:head(19.2?24.8)mSv/h,gonad(24.2?27.0)mSv/h2.New radiation protection facilities include the grooved radiation shield door,additional X-ray beam limiting device and residual X-ray absorption device.3.All inspection items of DR equipment quality control of general physical examination vehicle and improved physical examination vehicle meet the national standards.4.Under the same conditions(120 kv,100 mA,500 ms,standard water model(scatterer)is placed in front of the flat detector),the radiation protection effect of grooved radiation shield door is better than that of ordinary protective door.5.Additional X-ray beam limiting device and residual X-ray absorption device can effectively reduce the radiation dose equivalent rate around the vehicle.6.Additional X-ray beam limiting device and residual X-ray absorption device can reduce the radiation received by the non-inspected part of the subject.After installation,the effective reduction rate of radiation level at 5 cm,10 cm and 30 cm from the upper edge of Dr flat panel detector is 2.37%,8.07%and 21.42%respectively,and the effective reduction rate at 5 cm,10 cm and 30 cm from the lower edge of Dr flat panel detector is 0.34%,10.21%and 24.38%respectively.7.Through the control experiment,the dose equivalent rate around the improved vehicle is much lower than that of the unmodified vehicle,which shows that the radiological protection effect of the grooved radiation shield door,the additional beam limiting device and the residual X-ray absorption device is good.Conclusion:1.Compared with the radiation level of the non inspected parts of the subjects in the DR examination vehicle and the fixed DR machine room,the stray radiation of the former contributes more to the radiation dose of the subjects.2.Develop new protective facilities:the grooved radiation shield door,additional X-ray beam limiting device and residual X-ray absorption device,and use them to improve the physical examination vehicle.It can improve the overall protection effect of the physical examination vehicle,reduce the radiation level of the non inspected parts of the subject,reduce the radiation around the carriage,and improve the photography quality.
