Study On The Planning And Promotion Strategy Of Outdoor Playgrounds Under The Concept Of Child-Friendly

The Convention on the Rights of the Child,which was formally adopted by the UN Human Rights Conference in 1996,gave the concept of “child-friendly” the core connotation of “focusing on children's needs and respecting children's rights”.With the rapid improvement of China's urbanization level and the improvement of residents' living standards,the outdoor game venues for children's activities have not been synchronized.Concerns about children's rights have gradually become the consensus of all walks of life.The serious lack of urban outdoor playgrounds in urban construction urgently needs to attract timely attention and attention.As an important engine of Wuhan's urban development,the Optics Valley area has attracted more and more people with strong development.With the increase of regional economic attractiveness,the number of children has also increased significantly,and the demand and supply of children's outdoor play venues have increased.The contradiction of the shortage problem has become more and more prominent.This article takes the "child-friendly" concept as the basic clue,and grasps the overall situation of children's outdoor play venues in the the Optics Valley area from the perspective of "child-friendly";and based on the basic connotation and attribute requirements of "child-friendly",classify-study the playgrounds in the Optical Valley area within the spatial distribution,construction characteristics and corresponding problems of various outdoor playgrounds for children;further,with the development goal of “child-friendly”,the planning and promotion strategies for children's outdoor play venues in the Optical Valley area were proposed.The main body of the full text is divided into four parts:First of all,based on the basic theories related to children,combined with the relevant research and practical experience around the world,we can find that the planning research of outdoor play venues under the concept of child-friendly is mostly focused on the specific site-friendly design of children.From the perspective of children's friendship,it is a blank to study the overall planning of outdoor game venues in a certain urban area.The overall research on the planning of children's outdoor play venues in the Optics Valley area needs to combine the experience of previous studies,the reality of the Optics Valley area.,the rules of relevant planningand construction while the development of the concept of child-friendly,and make practical explorations in research perspectives,scales and methods.Secondly,from the perspective of child-friendly,through a variety of survey methods,the overall situation of the outdoor game venues in the Optical Valley area is fully grasped and analyzed.At the same time,in the surveys and interviews,children's needs for the game venues and game behavior are recorded.The study found that the overall situation of children's outdoor play venues in the Optical Valley area is mainly as follows: the number of outdoor game venues is small,while the scale is small,and the safety is high,but there are slow accessibility,low comfort satisfaction,and single function.And other issues;younger children stay longer in special outdoor games venues,while middle-aged children are more likely to play for themselves in open spaces for a long time,but these open-type children's outdoor play venues are seriously lacking;Growth,children's outdoor game activities are gradually less dependent on parents,but the parent-child interaction upgrade and accompanying parents' non-contact care activities are still needed,and most of the game venues lack design arrangements for such needs.Thirdly,according to the characteristics of child-friendly attributes and their degree of intensity,the outdoor game venues in the Optical Valley area are divided into three types: special categories,subordinate categories and spontaneous types,and their characteristics and problems are judged: The special categories have typical children's game features,but the number is insufficient,and the functions are also simplistic and younger.The subordinate game venues mostly have typical children's recreation characteristics,but their taste richness is relatively low.The security is also relatively weak,making children less interested in games in such venues;spontaneous game venues can meet the general activities of children,but such venues are often not enough for children to carry out all kinds of fun types safely and comfortably.There's still lack of design considerations for accessibility and social needs for companionship and caregivers(mostly older generations of guardians).Finally,based on the results of the survey and analysis and the problems of classification research,the goal of “child-friendly” is to target the construction of a macro-policy management system,the overall spatial layout of children's outdoor play venues in the Optical Valley area,and the planning and design of outdoor playvenues of various types.Then put forward corresponding strategies:(1)In terms ofmacro-policy and management,we must comprehensively and systematically recognize and evaluate their needs on the basis of respecting the status of children,while establish regional child-friendly urban regulations as soon as possible,and effectively promote children(or entrusted caregivers and public stakeholders)to participate in relevant planning decision-making and facility management processes;(2)At the regional level,the overall scale of outdoor gaming venues in the OpticalValley area needs to be effectively added,while the slow accessibility of each venue needs to be enhanced.At the same time,according to the needs of children,it is necessary to balance the functional content of various venues;(3)In each type ofvenue,different types of venues need to be tailored to their own characteristics.And promote child-friendly attributes as a whole: special outdoor Playgrounds should not only meet the basic game needs of children,but also the needs to improve the gameability of such venues by adding ecological elements and differentiated game content.The subordinate outdoor game venues need to pass the basic recreation needs of children.Increase the recognizability,enhance the interest,improve the safety and other ways to enhance the entertainment content of such venues;the spontaneous outdoor games venues need to consider the accompanying people while meeting the age-appropriate and safety requirements of children's basic outdoor activities.Enhance the visual and physical experience of the environment with the caregiver's accessibility and social needs,as well as the environmental plasticity requirements of the venue.
