Study On The Schedule Management And Quality Management Of Flight Load Test Project In A Civil Aircraft

Flight test is a necessary step in the development of civil aircraft,which is usually featured with heavy task,great difficulties,tight schedule.In order to preempt the market share,advanced technology,efficient schedule management and quality management model is particularly important.As one of the many extremely important flight test maneuvers,flight load is an important means to confirm the aircraft's reliability and safety and improve the economy performance.And civil aircraft flight load measurement and the foundation of load compliance verification technology is weak in the domestic.Master the new flight load measurement quickly and effectively has important significance for the development of civil aircraft.The schedule and quality management carried out in this thesis can escort the flight load test project in a civil aircraft as scheduled.This thesis,focusing flight load test project in a civil aircraft,studies the theories and methods of project schedule management and quality management,applies project schedule and quality management methods and tools,considers the requirements and characteristics of flight load test project in a civil aircraft,and proposes solutions to project schedule and quality control.In project schedule management,make project schedule through WBS,sort the relationship between all the project works,estimate work hours and resources,and make project plans respectively according to PERT method and CCPM method.And control the project schedule via these steps which includes setting up the project schedule management team,setting up the dynamic monitoring system of project schedule,establishing the project responsibility matrix and so on.In project quality management,through the way of QC group activities,forecast and manage the project risk,and control the quality of the project process based on the related principle via these steps which includes project quality problem determination and reason analysis,design and implementation of improvement measures,validation of measures effectiveness,standardization of implementation effect.The application of schedule management and quality management in flight load test project in a civil aircraft,effectively decreases beyond of plan cycle and resource conflicts.The project was completed 41 working day in advance compared with the schedule requirements,and 10 items of quality problems in the project were effectively solved,and 6 items of rules,regulations or standards of the company or department were perfected.Thus,provide a reference for the schedule and quality management of subsequent civil aircraft flight test maneuvers.
