The civil aircraft flight test program is featured with long-lasting period,wide coverage,complex technologies,and great managerial difficulties.Thus,there are various factors and high risks influencing project development process.Due to the fact that there is less experience for reference in the field of civil aircraft flight test in China,risk control in the field of civil aircraft flight test is also deficient.Civil aircraft flight test owns its distinct features and risk sources are complicated.The risks should be identified and evaluated according to the features of flight test.The risk management models should be modified on the basis of those in traditional aviation.Therefore,the research on risk management in the field of civil aircraft flight test is of great significance.Combining with main influential factors in civil aircraft flight test,this thesis identifies and analyzes the risks in certain civil aircraft flight test with the help of various methods,such as Checklist Method,Delphi Method,WBS-RBS Method and etc.,Resorting to Probability-Impact Matrix Method,Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method and Analytical Hierarchy Process Method,this thesis evaluates the risk factors qualitatively and quantitatively and concludes the general risk level and weight allocation and order of risk factors in different levels.Based on the evaluating results,the thesis sets forth specific corresponding resolutions and strategies.At last,the thesis states the monitoring process for certain civil aircraft flight test,and illustrates its practical use.This thesis puts forward one risk management model for civil aircraft flight test which can identify potential risks in flight test efficiently.Meanwhile,this model can make systematic evaluation and reasonable counter measure to identified risks with the purpose of avoiding risks to its large extent and making risks in control.The risk management model will also be optimized in practice and be of certain reference value in future flight test risk management.
