Flight test is a scientific experiment carried out under real flight conditions,it is an important part of aviation product design and development.Together with design and manufacturing,it is listed as the three pillars of the aviation industry.It is an important part of the entire civil aircraft industry chain and plays a supporting and leading role in the development of the aviation industry and related industries.The civil aircraft flight test technology is complex,involving many disciplines and systems.The efficiency and rationality of the flight test task planning has become one of the key factors affecting the flight test duration and cost.In the top-level planning process and the execution of the flight test task,how to allocate flight test subjects or subject blocks on multiple test aircrafts is a key issue.There are many deficiencies in relying on engineers to plan manually based on their work experience.With the advent of the digital age,digitalization and automation are the development trend of future civil aircraft flight test.The foreign advanced companies represented by Boeing and Airbus have begun to develop digital flight test and virtual flight test(VFT)technology,even apply them in new models.However,the relevant automated auxiliary algorithms or software tools have not been found in the domestic public information.In this context,through the research on the workflow of the current civil flight test,this paper designs a method for automatic generation of flight test subject allocation scheme based on improved genetic algorithm.The main content includes the following four aspects:1.A brief introduction was made to the civil aircraft airworthiness,flight test and flight test task planning,including the main process of airworthiness,the classification,phase and characteristics of civil aircraft flight test,the level of the flight test task planning,and its considerations,the current subject planning requirements and preparation process.2.The main influencing factors and constraints related to the allocation of flight test subjects are summarized,the allocation process of flight test subjects or subject blocks on the test aircrafts is simplified,which is transformed into a combinatorial optimization problem.Then mathematical modeling is carried out.3.An automatic generation method of allocation scheme for flight test subjects based on improved genetic algorithm is designed.A simple coding method is adopted.In the fitness function calculation model,subject assignment is performed in batch activation mode.The start time correction satisfies all constraints,screening and cross-variation process of the traditional algorithm are improved,realizes the automatic generation of the allocation scheme.4.By comparing with the results of related literature research,the validity and feasibility of the algorithm are proved.Then,considering the actual application requirements,based on the randomly generated subject data,case simulations of multiple scenarios close to the actual needs are carried out,demonstrate the possibility of this method being put into engineering application and its development prospect. |
