Study Of Qulity Management On Automotive Interior Parts R&D Program

Recently,with the quickly development of chinese automotive industry,more and more chinese automotive parts companies participate in the fierce competition in the world,some new characteristics become popular in automotive industry,such as more and more new programs,less and less program development time,global development and build more than one country.This paper based on a new program of company A,intend to research the improvement of program quality management,compare the quality scheme and quality control,then provide valuable insight for industry.The 1^st chapter introduced the background,goal and meaning of this paper,tell the purpose by collate the recently ststus of the program quality management at home and abroad.The 2^nd chapter introduce the quality management process and system of A company,and point out the problems.The 3^rdd chapter follow up the last chapter,research the program development quality improvement by program quality scheme improvement based on a new program named CN210R which development in china and launch in Indonesia.The 4^th chapter research the program quality control improvement by using the improved quality scheme from chapter 4^th,the 5^th chapter summarize the previous 4 chapters,introduce the ways and methods to improve the project quality management in the automotive parts industry,and hope to provide a reference for the same industry peers.
