Research On Project Quality Management Of YFPO

Quality management is a very important link in the process of project management,especially in auto parts manufacturing enterprises.In view of the current situation that the process of project quality management is not perfect,it is very important to strengthen the enterprise project quality management.At present,the application of project quality management theory in automobile parts manufacturing enterprises is not much.This paper analyzes the current situation and mode of project quality management of auto parts,and discusses the practical application of project quality management in the process of auto parts product development,which has important guiding significance for accelerating the quality development of auto parts manufacturing enterprises in China.This study selects "Research on the improvement of project quality management of YFPO" as the topic,and takes the quality management of French joint venture YFPO company as the research object.The main contents are as follows: 1.The background of project quality management,the theoretical research and development of project quality management at home and abroad are introduced;2.The theoretical basis of project quality management,including the overview of project quality management,automobile This paper introduces the quality management system and related quality tools of automobile industry;3.Introduces the current situation and problem analysis of project quality management of YFPO company;4.Design and implementation of improvement scheme of quality management of YFPO project;5.Guarantee measures of quality management implementation of YFPO project;6.Summary and Prospect of the application of project quality management in YFPO company.Although project quality management has been well applied in some foreign large enterprises and automobile manufacturing enterprises,there is still a big gap between the project quality management level and China’s top 500 enterprises due to experience and understanding.In this paper,we use quality management tools to solve the problems of YFPO project quality management,such as the mismatch between project organization and quality management requirements,the statistical process control needs to be strengthened,the project quality control process needs to be improved,and the project commissioning quality audit needs to be improved.The main reasons are the lack of quality priority strategic planning,the lack of customer-oriented service awareness,the lack of high-level support for project quality,the lack of quality training according to local conditions,and the inappropriate organizational structure of the company.In view of the above problems,from the project quality management planning,project quality control,project quality inspection and project quality continuous improvement,the project quality management improvement scheme design of YFPO project is carried out,and the company’s project quality management system is improved.As long as the project quality management is constantly improved,the operation efficiency of the enterprise can be improved and the market competitiveness can be enhanced.
