| With the rapid development of the automotive industry,multinational auto parts companies will rationally allocate production resources on a global scale according to the needs of market development,so as to better achieve localized supply,reduce production logistics costs,and improve customer service response speed.However,due to the lack of corresponding project management capabilities and quality system establishment experience in some aspects of project quality management,the development of spare parts projects has a long cycle,large development cost,unstable production quality,and low project completion efficiency.The inefficient performance of a series of projects ultimately leads to problems such as low quality of the customer’s finished vehicle products,lower profit margins,and lower customer satisfaction.Therefore,this paper focuses on the quality management of parts and components transfer projects in the automotive industry.This paper takes the localization transfer project of A company’s auto parts "two-hole vehicle connector" as the background,learns the theoretical methods of project quality management,and combines the quality system tools to study the problems existing in the management process of component A development project of A company.Improve measures,coordinate project organization and communication,improve quality management during product design and development,and clarify management tasks and processes for continuous improvement.Through the use of international quality management system development tools-Advanced Product Quality Planning(APQP),combined with FMEA and CP applications,based on PDCA cycle,develop project quality objectives,supervise project node tasks,find and solve quality problems in project processes,and finally zero The quality management system of the component development project is optimized to improve the quality of project quality management.This paper combines the use of design tools and management methods to effectively improve the completion efficiency of A company’s parts development projects,reduce project costs and cycle times,improve product quality levels,and increase customer orders to meet orders.This paper studies and draws on the research of foreign project quality management theory system and tools,combines the actual status of quality management of domestic parts development projects,and uses APQP and other quality tools to propose improvement suggestions for project quality management processes for new product development,and optimize quality management.The system ultimately improves project quality management and customer satisfaction.Under the requirements of ISO/TS16949 quality management system,it sums up the project quality management experience suitable for the enterprise itself,improves the application of project quality tools,and provides experience and reference value for more localization transfer projects of auto parts.It is conducive to more and more foreign companies to effectively achieve localized supply,high utilization of production resources,and greatly improve customer satisfaction and enhance corporate competitiveness. |
