Since the reform and opening up,Chinese family enterprises have mushroomed all over the country,become the important component of the socialist market economy,sustained,stable development of national economy made great contributions,especially in the increase in national wealth,stimulating economic growth,promoting social employment has played a very important role.Over the past 40 years,family business success examples abound,such as: geely,gome,fang tai and so on,too numerous to enumerate.However,a large proportion of family enterprises in China still adopt the original closed and outdated governance mode,that is,family human resource management hinders the growth and growth of enterprises.Therefore,the development of family enterprises in China is gradually receiving extensive attention and attention from academic circles,economic circles and mass society.Based on the family business S company as a case study object,first elaborated the research background,significance,research status at home and abroad,and then the concept of family enterprises,the concept of human resource management is expounded,and theory of project application,lay theoretical foundation for the research,and then an analysis about the present situation of S company human resources management,Through the methods of questionnaire investigation to find out the current family enterprise S human resource management problems of business enterprise principle of management of human resources,such as family lag,lack of human resource development plan,important "nepotism",training management cannot meet the demand of employee development,performance management can not meet the requirement of the assessment and incentive mechanism unable to meet the demand ofemployees,etc.,and dig the root cause of the problem,finally,in combination with the practical situation of enterprise S family,Establishment and development of family enterprises from the strategic matching of human resource management and planning,and improve the mechanism of candidate recruitment of choose and employ persons,increase the intensity of family enterprise staff training and improve the incentive measures and improve the examination system six aspects proposed the family enterprise S human resource management problems,in order to family firm S company offer reference for the improvement of the human resource management.
