Today,with the rapid development of economy,public transportation is developing rapidly,especially railway transportation.According to its special advantages and the role played by railway enterprises in the field of public transportation,railway enterprises play a decisive role in China's economic development.With the support of the state,China's railway enterprises have made rapid progress in recent years,with the continuous improvement of technology and the support of equipment.Continue to update and improve the level of service.However,the human resource management of railway enterprises in China is quite different.In the deep-rooted background of the nature of Railway Enterprises-state-owned enterprises,human resource management of railway enterprises has exposed many problems.The problems of backward management concept,unreasonable human resource structure and imperfect incentive system greatly restrict the long-term development of enterprises.Based on the above,this paper studies the incentive system of professional technicians in NC power depot.Through reading a large number of domestic and foreign scholars' relevant literature on Incentive system,this paper explores the incentive mechanism for professional technicians in NC power depot.Through questionnaire survey,the collected data are analyzed.Finally,it comes to the conclusion that the existing incentive system for professional technicians in NC power depot is for workers.The fundamental reasons for the influence of job satisfaction are: the deep-rooted influence of state-owned enterprises,the lack of salary system,and the lack of promotion channels.According to the above reasons,we can improve the existing incentive system by changing the enterprise management system,improving the salary system,and.
