In recent years,under the two-way promotion of national macro-policy and tourism market development,China's cruise tourism industry has made tremendous achievements,and international cruise giants have also intensified efforts to develop domestic tourist market.In order to adapt to the Chinese market and provide better services for domestic tourists,international cruise enterprises are gradually increasing the employment ratio of Chinese seafarers.In view of the characteristics of the domestic tourist market,cruise enterprises have made various attempts in route planning and product services.Tourists' perception of product service quality mainly comes from the service quality of seafarers,which puts forward higher requirements for human resource management of cruise enterprises.At present,domestic cruise tourism market is facing fierce price competition,inadequate cultivation of cruise culture and uneven service quality.In order to sustain and rapid development of cruise tourism industry in the future,deep-seated operation and management changes must be carried out.In the management reform,human resource management is the core element,so the research on human resource management of cruise tourism enterprises is very important.Through the investigation of the current human resources situation of cruise enterprises,this paper finds that employees are generally dissatisfied with salary,performance,training and other aspects.Through the survey of cruise tourism consumers from the perspective of 720 degree performance management,it is found that there is still much room for improvement in the service quality of various departments on cruise.Graduates who are willing to work on cruise ships have the main purpose of broadening their horizons and joining cruise enterprises in the hope of engaging in international work.However,staff loyalty is generally not high,which is not conducive to the long-term development of cruise enterprises.In view of the problems found in the survey,this paper puts forward feasible suggestions by introducing the "three pillars" management mode of human resources.Through the three pillars of COE,HRBP and SSC,it effectively integrates the original six modules of human resources department,provides human resources management services for cruise enterprises from the perspective of business operation,and improves the efficiency of human resources management of cruise enterprises.Therefore,it can provide reference and suggestions on human resource management for international cruise enterprises which entering the domestic cruise tourism market and growing domestic cruise enterprises.
