The construction industry is an important part of Chinese economic system and one of the pillar industries of Chinese economic development.In recent years,based on the world economic situation,the state introduced a series of policies to stimulate domestic demand,including a large number of investment in infrastructure construction.Therefore the construction industry is supposed to bear the burden of the national economic situation.State-owned construction enterprises have a long history,a large number of advanced technology,resource concentration,on behalf of China's advanced level of construction,it has made outstanding contributions for the national development.In 2015,Fortune 500 list,China State Construction Engineering Corporation,China Railway Group Limited,China Railway Construction Corporation are all in the top 100 they are in a leading level of the international construction industry.At the same time,the international construction market is becoming more and more competitive.Compared with some famous construction enterprises in the world,there are still some problems in our state-owned construction enterprises.There is a view that state-owned construction enterprises is not entirely established in accordance with the standards of modern enterprises,so there are old-fashioned concept,the burden of serious,low economic efficiency problems,especially the bloated staff seriously hampered the development of China's state-owned construction enterprises.Human resources is the first resource of enterprises and human resources management is the center of enterprise management,so whether the human resource structure is scientific and reasonable determines whether the enterprise can develop steadily and stably.The state-owned construction enterprises have undergone a series of restructuring and restructuring.At the same time the human resource structure has also undergone many changes.At present,China's state-owned construction enterprises are mostly formed and the human resources structure has become stable,but also exposed some problems,which is worth studying and exploring.This paper takes China Railway Bureau as an example to analyze some data of large-scale state-owned construction enterprises in China.Respectively analyzing the age structure,education structure and technology structure of state-owned construction enterprises.This paper puts forward some feasible solutions to the existing problems in order to provide some useful suggestions for the rapid development of the state-owned construction enterprises in China.It is hoped that this study can make a useful exploration for human resource management and human resource structure adjustment of state-owned construction enterprises in China.
