| As China’s economic growth has shifted from high-speed to medium-high speed,economic globalization,networking and informatization have increasingly affected our production and life.The competition between countries and enterprises is no longer a simple market or product.It is the competition of comprehensive national strength and enterprise comprehensive strength.In the new era,the competition between enterprises has gradually changed from big eating small to fast eating slow,advanced eating backward direction.Who has the high-end talent reserve and enterprise advanced management system,can stand out in the current increasingly fierce competition environment.Chinese enterprises,especially state-owned enterprises,still have a series of problems in this respect such as slow steering,weak adaptability to the market and poor ability to connect with the market.If we want to improve the competitiveness of enterprises at the preset stage,we must attach great importance to management,especially human resource management.Enable the enterprise to win the advantage in the fierce competition.This paper reviews the current situation of human resource management at home and abroad and summarizes the important strategic position of human resource management in China’s state-owned enterprises.The necessity and urgency of human resource management and reform are analyzed.Through literature analysis and analytic hierarchy process,the indicators of human resource reform in heavy industry were selected,and an evaluation index system of human resource reform in heavy industry was established.The factors influencing the human resource reform are analyzed and calculated through the analytic hierarchy process,and the most influential factors are found out from the numerous factors affecting human resource management.Conduct targeted analysis and research.Finally a targeted deployment of reform measures according to such factors:workers,increase efficiency of organization innovation measures,build dual channel promotion system,formulate the new compensation system,a new staff training system,to the study on employee turnover analysis,to a certain extent made certain progress in heavy industry human resources reform,for heavy industry class the human resources of state-owned enterprises reform provides a realistic feasibility plan. |
