The Management Of Power Engineering Welding Quality And Applied Research

The quality management of power welding project gets more and more attention in the environment of high demand and high standards of the current power welding project. Welding quality management takes meeting the customer satisfaction as the goal, quality as the center, establishes and implements the quality assurance system.Based on the study of total quality management, this paper analyzes the total quality management implementation, establishes an effective quality system, discusses the quality of the before control, during control and after control, then discusses the Deming ring (PDCA cycle) used by the management. Taking use of the above theoretical results, the paper expands research on the total quality management of power welding project, which is broken down into planning management, quality control, quality repair and correction, in according with the before, during and after control process. We find factors which have different effects on the quality between load-bearing beams welding and pipe welding, and then forming a comparative table of effective factors. Taking use of the primary and secondary factor analysis method, we analyze the special steel welding defects of power project, and propose the corresponding monitoring measures. At the end of the paper, taking the quality management analysis of Xin chang power plant welding project as an example, we give the detailed practical analysis of the total quality management, and propose measures to improve the quality management of power welding project.Quality management is a systematic project, this paper only obtain the preliminary results of it. The true value of management of power welding project still needs verification and adjustment through practical applications.
