As a new type of construction industry,steel structure industry has been widely used in the construction industry due to its novel appearance,good structural performance,high safety factor and high construction efficiency.In recent years,there are many problems of domestic steel structure,including unstandardized construction quality management,the lack of technical personnel and different levels of technology and managemen in various enterprises and so on,which result in hidden quality trouble of projects or even quality accidents.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the suitable system and method for structural steelwork quality management.Taking the construction quality management of structural steelwork as the research object,domestic and abroad present study situation was analyzed.The related theory of structural steelwork was expounded.The construction status of structural steelwork in China was analyzed from the aspects of construction technology,construction quality and construction quality management.The key and difficult points of construction technology implementation of structural steelwork of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division were analyzed from the aspects of embedded anchor bolts,installation of structural steelwork,and high-strength bolt connection of structural steelwork.The factors influencing quality control of structural steelwork were analyzed from the aspects of personnel,technology,management,environment and society.The common quality problems of structural steelwork were analyzed material,processing and production of steel structure,installation process,transportation and maintenance of steel structure.The causes of quality problems of structural steelwork were analyzed from the aspects of survey stage,design stage,processing and manufacturing stage,construction and installation stage,supervision of supervision units,quality supervision institutions,environmental impact.Taking the Liyuan steel structure plant project of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division as an example and applying relevant theories,the project construction technical scheme was designed from the aspects of fabrication technology of steel structure members,connection technology of steel structure members,welding technology of steel structure members,installation technology of steel structure,coating technology of steel structure,new technology and research and development of new technology.The project construction quality control system was constructed from the aspects of quality control organization,construction quality process control,construction production factor control,quality continuous improvement,inspection and verification.QC group activity procedure and the preventive measures of construction quality problems were established.According to the above aspects,the construction quality fine management design scheme of Liyuan steel structure plant project was established and applied to the project.Finally,the implementation results of the construction quality fine management scheme were analyzed.The study has certain guiding effect on enhancing construction quality management level,improving quality management mode of structural steelwork and providing reference for other similar projects.
